PIT for Kids stands for Psychological Indicator of Type for Children. The PIT has been especially developed for children and is based on the personality theories of Jung and the principles of the internationally applied Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Just as with the MBTI, the PIT is a self-reporting instrument that provides insights into natural strengths, challenges and areas of potential development. These insights can contribute to the development of effective learning strategies and provide direction to exploration and decision-making in terms of types of schools, studies and career choices.
